All new and returning players must register for tryouts.  

Please register for your birth year even if you play in a different age group. Contact Colin Herriot, Boys Director of Coaching (Colin.Herriot@mdunitedfc.org) with any player questions.

All NEW registrants will be required to upload a completed medical release form. Click here to complete and download the form. You will be prompted to upload on Step 3 of the registration.
